didnt really blogged much about yesterday, so just start with the bits and pieces of it yah.
cant really remember about lessons, so just skip straight to volleyball yah:]
first thing to start off training - running around the track.
yeah. sounds easy, but doesnt seem so for many uhh.
running as a team aint easy luh.
like having the weaker one catching up with the others.
lols. we from first to start running until become last luh.
which means the b girls and boys all overtook us D:
then had the normal warm up exercise.
everyone was like complaing bout the sun? lols.
cant really rmb what we did after that.
had match with c boys.
first two matches lost like shyt.
then while doing push-up did reflection luh.
next match was abit better.
23-25?
lols. something like that.
after everything did another reflection.
yea. so we agreed on improving on receiving 1st ball first yah.
team spirit also must improve.

had national day celebration.
lols. seriously boring.
then had sport event.
running again.
lawls. dam sian.
ran for 4x400 m. relay.
last runner xD
actually got 5 people wanna run, then anyhow pick one one de.
so mean sia xP
yeahs. dam stupid luhs.
first round we were like the last?
then slowly e rest catch up.
lawls. i only caught up until like .. 3rd?
yea. and obviously we got 3rd.
not bad le luh.

after the whole run i was like having leg cramp.
dam pain and dam stupid.
cant even walk properly luh.

chi kan was like saying veh nan de can even catch up with people on final round and got potential and stuffs luh.

the feeling now is like .. totally different?
we were there more like visitors then like what mrs lee use to say ; " part of the big family" lols. weird but true.
